Autumn
An autumn outfit as November draws to a close. I had to work today, so the outfit had to remain practical. Nothing that would hinder my ability to lift heavy objects, climb stepladders, or not slip on waxed floors. That’s why I opted for the red DIVIDED by H&M boots instead of my brown Latisha-02 pair, but I think I like this look more anyway.
I got some nice comments about my hair when I showed these snaps to my friends, but with my current cut, I don’t actually do much. I flat-ironed it the previous morning and didn’t wash it. This morning I just brushed it a bit to calm some of the parts that were sticking up. The volume comes from the fact that my hair is naturally slightly wavy, so any straightened hair is probably lying on top of waves.
The other thing I got comments on was the bow. It’s an old pin my mother was going to toss because she didn’t have any use for it. I rescued it, of course, because I always have use for a nice bow.
