Who stole the tarts?
My Halloween costume as a member of the Queen of Hearts’ court is made up mostly of articles of clothing I already own, although some I’ve seldom taken the opportunity to wear.
The vest, for example, has lovely layers and a very beautiful back, but the front is bulky and unflattering, and the chain is broken. For this outfit, I figured out that I could safety pin the front and wear a belt around it to make it slimmer.
The trickier part of the whole thing was the false lashes, as always.
The only items I bought specifically for this outfit were:
- the hat, from Spirit Halloween
- the hearts, from Michaels Arts and Crafts
- the Harley Quinn make up kit, from Spirit Halloween
