Seattle
This year, I attended Emerald City Comicon in Seattle for the first time, but this outfit is actually from the day before the con, which I spent hanging out with a friend who went to school in Seattle.
We attended Seattle’s Underground Tour, which I’d gone on some years prior and which was no less interesting the second time around. Basically, the city of Seattle is raised above its original ground level due to sewage problems when it was first founded. The tour takes you through the still preserved underground, led by guides who are both knowledgeable talented storytellers. The food available before the tour is also not bad.
Afterward, we returned to the apartment I’d rented and watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
