EGGY XIFAN

How to make eggy xifan:

  1. Cook up some Chinese rice.
  2. Put the cooked rice in a put and cover it with water. How much water? I have no idea. I kept adding water whenever it looked too dry, but it shouldn’t be so much that it turns from porridge to soup. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Break an egg in there and stir it around with the rice.
  4. Throw in some dried wakame seaweed.
  5. I hope you don’t think I actually know how to make food.
  6. Slop that mess into a bowl and garnish with fish sung and seaweed salad.
