Eggy Xifan

A friend asked about silver eyeshadows, so I shared this photo of my almost completely used up Sephora Colorful Duo Silver + Gray palette. I wore the silver almost every day for years. It’s a great highlight to apply to the whole lid, the inner eye corner, and a bit onto the brow bone. It forms a great gradient with the darker gray color provided but also serves as a neutral pale background against which any cool eyeshadow color can pop.

I’ve since replaced this palette with Maybelline Gray Matters, a similar silver + gray combo. That one is matte where this one is shimmery. I like it more as a highlight but less as a main eyelid color.
